We check the stock and you will receive a confirmation from us within 2 working days. 

SHIPPING
We offer worldwide shipping. 
Shipping costs start from € 4.95. For shipments of larger/heavier (over 10kg) items, the rate will be indicated with your order.

DELIVERY TIME
Delivery is within 1 - 7 working days within the BENELUX & Germany, if the item is in stock. For different delivery times, the delivery time is stated with the product. 
Other orders outside the BENELUX & Germany have a delivery time of 7-14 working days.
We will keep you informed by email. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation by email with the Track & Trace code so you can follow your package.

RETURNING
Returns are possible within 14 days after receipt, with return costs at your own expense. You must first notify us of your return by email to info@laluxurydesign.nl.
You will then receive a confirmation of your return notification.
When the return has been received by us, you will receive your money back within 7 days to your specified bank account.
The condition is that the item is unused, unassembled, and undamaged, and the item is still in the original packaging. Except for items specially ordered for you and discounted items, these unfortunately cannot be returned. No exceptions are possible. The costs for returning are at your own expense. You must return the item well packaged due to the fragility of our products.
